HOW
DO I... MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?
Appointments can be made by phoning 01698 265193 or calling at reception
between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
HOW
DO I... OBTAIN A HOME VISIT ?
If possible, please contact us before 10.00am to enable the doctors
to organise their day. Please only ask for a house call if the patient
cannot comfortably be brought to the health centre. Bear in mind that
the health centre has diagnostic and treatment facilities which are
not available in your home.
HOW
DO I... OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
Repeat Prescriptions
These are best obtained using a repeat prescription tear-off slip which
can either be handed in or posted. Prescriptions are usually printed
by our computer but are always checked and signed by the doctor. Please
allow us 48 hours to provide your prescription.
Other Requests For Prescriptions
We are happy to provide for minor ailments such as sore throats, backache,
diarrhoea and bladder infections without seeing the doctor but if there
is any doubt, the patient should be seen.
